What the centrifuge does

The centrifuge is used to separate ultra‑fine sediments from wastewater and trade waste systems during processing. As a result of this separation process, recycled water produced through the plant achieves a higher level of clarity.

Integration into the Resource Recovery Plant

The centrifuge has been incorporated into the existing resource recovery system, rather than replacing current infrastructure. This addition forms part of InterGroup’s broader resource recovery approach, where stormwater, hydro excavation waste, interceptor waste, and grease trap waste are processed for reuse rather than disposal.
