How It Works
Our multi-stage resource recovery plant treats material from:
- Hydro excavation
- Drain cleaning
- Road sweeping
With world-leading technology from CDE, our plant produces clean sand and aggregates that can then be reused across construction and infrastructure projects – significantly reducing the volume of waste to landfill and supporting a circular economy.
Impact Since Launch
Operational since early 2024, the plant has:
- Recovered 48,000 tonnes of reusable material in our first year
- Achieved 64% diversion from landfill
This means fewer emissions, lower running costs and a longer life for natural resources.
It’s a small change that makes a big difference. By recovering valuable construction materials that would otherwise be lost, we’re leading the industry toward a more sustainable and resilient future.
